Lucinda Gosling Lucinda Gosling

Join us at the Bookshop on Tuesday 2 December from 5 to 8 pm for our famous Christmas Discount Evening

There’ll be festive food and drink, and the usual friendly atmosphere of our customers choosing Christmas gifts.

Special guests this year include Barbara Nadel, Luci Gosling, John Dolan and his thoughtful dog, George, and Québécois author Denis Thériault.

John Dolan and George Denis Theriault

John Dolan is a street artist whose life was transformed when an exhibition of his drawings was put on at the Howard Griffin gallery last autumn. He has now written a memoir of his life with his dog, John and George: the Dog who Changed My Life.

John Dolan was featured in Spitalfields Life in October 2013.

Denis Thériault is a screenwriter based in Montreal. His second novel, The Peculiar Life Of A Lonely Postman was published in September 2014.
