Newham Bookshop is the trading name of the company PCA (Newham) Ltd, limited by guarantee, which owns and runs the retail bookshop of the same name. PCA (Newham) Ltd is registered in England, company no. 01365257. Its registered office address is The Coach House, Greys Green Business Centre, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire RG9 4QG. Newham Bookshop is also the owner and provider of this website. In this policy the terms “we”, “us” and “our” also refer to Newham Bookshop.

We take the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy policy applies to our use of any and all data collected by us or provided by you when you use our website, visit the Bookshop or buy books from us at events where we are the bookseller.

This privacy policy applies only to our website, www.newhambooks.co.uk. Our website contains links to other websites, including to social media websites. We have no control over these websites and are not responsible for their content. When you visit other websites from links on ours, or otherwise, you should read their own privacy policies.

You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by logging on to the members’ area of our website. If you unsubscribe all your personal data will be deleted.
